Why have a birthday at Clay Cafe?

An art party with your friends is a unique way to celebrate your special day and all your guests receive a keepsake created by them. What could be more fun than creating memories with friends?

How does the party work?

For the first hour, our memory making assistant will be helping the kids with their masterpiece. After the activity is over, you can provide the kids with a food, cake or maybe open some gifts! Leave the mess for us!

What kind of parties do you provide?

We provide canvas parties, slime parties, clay, glass and pottery painting parties. We can also custom design a class for your group or create a fun THEME project. Find 6+ people and book your party today.

How do you make a deposit?

When you book your party online a $50tx deposit will be required. You can also call or drop in to see us.

What is your maximum capacity?

During regular business hours (12-9pm) our party room seats 20 MAX, including parents, and our smaller class room seats 16 MAX. Depending on your group size, your party may be in one or the other.

Private full studio bookings are for 20 or more guests and are available Saturdays and Sundays 10am-11:30pm

If there will be a lot of parents attending with younger children, a Sunday morning party will provide more space for all your guests.

How long does it take to get the pieces back?

Pottery pieces can be picked up individually or as a group and will take up to 10 days. Be sure to ask your host when to come back and pick up your pieces. We keep pieces for 30 days after a party.

Slime, canvas and make and take parties get to take their projects home that day!

Clay parties have to return at a later date (usually 2 weeks) to paint their creations once they have been dried and fired.

How do I notify you of any changes?

Can I take photos and videos of the party?

Yes, of course! We strongly encourage you to capture this magical one time memory. You only get the celebrate this birthday once.

FOOD: You are welcome to bring in food from any place. We have a deal with Old Town Pizzeria if you would like to take advantage of it.

PACKAGES: Packages vary in price but all include the birthday child +6 friends. You can add additional artists for a per person price outlined in each package.

DEPOSIT: When you book you pay a $50tx deposit which will be subtracted from your balance the day of your party. Don’t worry, we only charge based on how many kids actually attend your party. So when you book, enter the maximum number of kids for us to set up for, and we’ll charge you only for those who show.
