Why have a birthday at Clay Cafe?

An art party with your friends is a unique way to celebrate your special day and all your guests receive a keepsake created by them. What could be more fun than creating memories with friends?

How does the party work?

For the first hour, our memory making assistant will be helping the kids with their masterpiece. After the activity is over, you will provide the kids with a snack and cake then leave the mess for us!

What kind of parties do you provide?

We provide canvas parties, slime parties, clay, glass, board art and pottery painting parties. We can also custom design a class for your group or create a fun THEME project. For example, host a Harry Pottery Party. Find 6+ people and book your party today.

How do you make a deposit?

When you book your party online a deposit will be required. You can also call in with your visa number, or drop in to see us.

What is your maximum capacity?

During regular business hours (12-9pm) our party room seats 20 MAX, including parents, and our smaller class room seats 16 MAX. Depending on your group size, your party may be in one or the other.

Private full studio bookings are for 20 or more guests and are available Saturdays and Sundays 10am-11:30pm

If there will be a lot of parents attending with younger children, a Sunday morning party will provide more space for all your guests.

How long does it take to get the pieces back?

Pottery pieces can be picked up individually or as a group and will take up to 10 days. Be sure to find out when to come back and pick up your pieces. We keep pieces for 30 days after a party.

Slime, canvas and make and take parties get to take their projects home that day!

Clay building parties have to return at a later date (usually 2 weeks) to paint their creations once they have been dried and fired.

Can I take photos and videos of the party?

Yes, of course! We strongly encourage you to capture this magical one time memory. You only get the celebrate this birthday once.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: The guest of honor’s project, 1.5 hours of party time, memory making assistant to help with the party, color party invitations, plates, forks, cups and napkins, 10% off birthday coupon and the best part, CLEAN UP! Choose your party below and book a time slot.

FOOD: You are welcome to bring in food from any place. We have a deal with Old Town Pizzeria if you would like to take advantage of it.

PACKAGES: Packages vary in price but all packages include the guest of honor +6 friends. You can add additional friends for a pp price outlined in each package. We have a party calculator available when you click BOOK NOW to give you an estimate.

DEPOSIT: When you book you pay a deposit BUT on the day of the party, the deposit is NOT in your balance and you pay the day of, based on how many kids actually attend your party. So, when you book, enter the max number of kids for us to set up for.
